In October of 1999 i'NET iMAGING was established to provide clients with web- and print- ready digital imaging services. Through i'NET iMAGING I utilize my knowledge of photography, photo editing, and multimedia development to produce high quality images of: architecture, products (static and dynamic images), real estate, VRTours (interactive 360 degree panoramas), static panoramas, wildlife, and more. i'NET iMAGING is the answer for such subject matter as:

Billing Information
My billing rate is $40 per hour (this includes one-way travel time, the time involved for the photo shoot itself, and development time for editing the images - there is no limit to the number of photos taken and, upon payment in full, all images produced for an agent or broker - hereafter referred to as agent - may be used by that agent for any and all marketing materials and campaigns associated with the property and for the agent's self promotion. The photos may also be used by the agent's parent company for the sole purpose of marketing the specific property photographed. Please note however, that the images will be copyrighted by the photographer, and license granted only to the agent and the agent's parent company and not to any third party. Any usage of the images by a third party, including but not limited to architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers or buyers, is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by the photographer.).
